Ross McCracken
Managing Director

Ross McCracken has over 20 years of experience working as a community social worker. He specialises in working with vulnerable and at risk children, young people and young adults and their families. Ross has a proven record of achieving positive outcomes as a skilled strength based practitioner. Ross draws upon evidence based models and theories in his work including the concept of resiliency and protective factors and narrative and solution focussed therapies. He is also experienced in providing training, presentation and supervision.
Ross holds a Bachelor of Social Work Degree with honours, BSW (Hons), and is a Member of the Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Social Workers, (MANZASW).

Cindy Johns
Director

Cindy Johns has over 30 years of experience working in human rights in both the disability sectors and social services in voluntary and professional capacities. Cindy is a practices manager, presenter and facilitator and has led many successful projects. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Social Work Degree with Honours, BSW (Hons).

Maureen Hannan
Director

Maureen Hannan has over 20 years executive business administration experience in the tertiary education and iwi governance sectors. Maureen has become a director in order to continue supporting the provision of essential services within the community that bring about positive change for at-risk children, youth, and their whanau.
